Another puzzle, more difficult this time. It's slightly less obvious what is the correct path, although the word "ricety" gives a clue if you can work out which English word I actually meant.

A rope ladder! Of course - just what you'd expect to find when digging at the foot of some rickety stairs.

I had a bit of an obsession with rope ladders when I was little - one children's TV programme had one on the set, and I wrote to ask them if I could have it. I never heard back, though - but I'm not bitter, "Number 73"!

Note the use of case fall-through; there's no special handler for the "T" key here. This was obviously conceived as a way to reduce code occupancy on a 32K machine, and was nothing to do with my writing hand getting tired.

To "increase" the choices available to the player, we given them yet another chance to choose horrible stair death.
